What to Include

- Any relevant test readings (temperature, pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate).
Response Time
We usually reply within 2 business days. If the issue concerns fish health, include the tank size, livestock list, recent water test readings, and anything that changed before symptoms started.
Corrections Policy
